RV RATES
We are making sure to space out our visitors to help with safety!
All payments in advance Rates are based on 2 people per RV - $2 per day each additional person
3 Month Stay $825 paid at start of 3 month stay, plus electric
6 Month Stay $1600.00 paid at start of 6 month stay, plus electric
Year round occupancy $3000.00 plus electric, paid annually
PARK MODELS
12 Month Stay $ 3000.00 Paid annually (or $300 monthly)
MOBILE HOMES
12 Month Stay $ 3300.00 Paid annually (or $350 monthly)
Rates subject to change
All rents paid by due date.
There will be a late fee after due date of $5.00 dollar per day.
Electric will be billed at current site rate to Acacia.
Call ahead so we can open the security gate to "our home."
